Consistent attendance and prompt arrival are important for a child’s success in school. When a child is ill or must miss school, please notify the main office. Every absence must be followed up with a written note.

Student arrival
- 8:45 – 8:55 AM.
- Students who are getting breakfast may enter school earlier, beginning at 8:30 AM.
- Students arriving after 8:55 AM are late and must be signed in by an adult.
Walkers/Drop off locations
- A Level Door (lower level facing Bailey MS; adults park and walk students to door)
- Cafeteria Side (adults park and walk students to health office door)
- Front of building after buses leave (this is a drop and go – students must exit from passenger side of vehicle, adults remain in the vehicle)
Student dismissal
- Buses begin to load at 3:05 and depart at 3:10 PM
- Walker/pickup dismissal: 3:05PM
- Older siblings will go to youngest sibling’s homeroom line.
- Adults must be on student pick-up list and must show identification.
- Refer to handbook for student pickup location by homeroom.
- No student dismissal between 2:40 and 3:05 PM.
- Early pickups must happen before 2:40 PM; notify office in writing the morning of a needed early pickup.

- 9/16: 6:30 PM PTO Meeting in library
- 9/17: Back-to-School Night: School info for parents/ guardians 6:00-7:30PM
- 9/23: Rosh Hashana – No school!
- 9/24: Heritage Day
- 9/26 Wood’n Wheels night
- 9/30: School Picture Day
